The location is perfect, only a block or two from Publix or Walmart, plus other amenities such as Subway etc, Most of all, I need to compliment the manager (Samantha) who is amazing, including Sam plus now Amber. I can't leave out the immediate attention you get should you ever have a problem and need maintenance, Leon has been there for years and is on top of everything. So, if you are looking for a review, read this one!
Eric S. on May 8, 2019Courtney Bends is a great place to stay, it’s near a lot of stores, 95 South/North, eateries and more. Me and my wife moved out here in March 2018. We love it here. Parking sometimes at night is somewhat of an hassle, but we make it work.

I think the phase 1 apartments are a little strange in some ways. For example, the refrigerator & oven are both small, open shelves leads to lack of adequate cabinetry, and I wish there were at least Juliet balconies for the price - but the location is wonderful.
