DS on Nov 2, 2023I have now lived here for about 16 months, and just resigned my lease for another year and a half, it's a great area, very safe, and the apartment staff really take care of the grounds and buildings. I feel like they really try hard to make this a friendly community through social events, pet contests, etc., I wish I had more time to participate in such things. It's somewhat expensive compared to other rental options in the area, but I don't think you'll find a safer area around Albany.

It's minutes from beautiful Canandaigua Lake, in a safe and picturesque country setting, and yet a short drive to Rochester attractions. The price of my one-bedroom apartment is quite a deal. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The pool, exercise facilities, walking areas, and clubhouse are just some of the amenities. Maintenance staff is responsive and helpful.

Great views, property is always well kept, well maintained ( as well as the common areas ). Noise is not bad, although once in awhile the huge Cruise Ships blow a loud horn to let other vessels know they are pulling out. Not to mention 'Sunac ' is right across the street for quality groceries and hot foods.

Was a little disappointed to have to pay an amenity fee after being told that the building did not have an amenity fee. When we applied for the apartment there was not amenity fee associated with the apartment and we feel that should have been grandfathered in. Other than this issue everything seems to be good.

Can't really call them luxury apartments as there is no doorman, and amenities (gym, pool etc.) are 5 miles away. Can be difficult to reach management.
Anonymous on Nov 16, 2024Great downtown location, but: 1) Noise from the city street cleaning every morning starting at 6AM and leaf blowers starting at 8 AM. 2) UPS packages are often not delivered due to old building access equipment. 3) Thou in walls between apartments. 4) Expensive - amenities are off-site, 15 minutes away.
