It's comfortable, most residents are nice, clubhouse so so, pool not open early enough and closes to early. Good help in winter snow clean up.

Ive been a Walden pond resident dince 2004! My parents lived here until they passed. I feel safe here! Its quiet, beautiful park setting. Wildlife, Pond, clubhouse, Pool. Im grateful in my later years of life Im able to call Walden Pond my home.

In the beginng it was a wonderful place to live. The big room in the clubhousewas a place to get together with our neighbors and enjoy their company. Now it’s a storage facility and hasn’t been a place to gather with friends and neighbors for years. The kitchen has been ripped out and never replaced. The pool and card room is the only thing left besides the gym. In the summer the clubhouse is locked when it’ still light out. It’s like you don’t want us in there. You tell us about all the rules we should follow but nothing is ever enforced. I see big commercial trucks parked in front of buildings, I see people walking their dogs and watch them pee in the bushes in front of my apartment. These are some of the reasons why we’re leaving and we would never reccomend this place to anyone we know.
