Quiet and safe

I have lived a walden pond for almost 8 years I have never had any problems that were not taken care of immediately!! The grounds are maintained beautifully. I live in front of preserved land witch is so pretty with all kinds of different birds and if you like that it's a perfect location. I feel very safe at walden pond like I said before it is lit up at night I never feel afraid to take the garbage out or even take a walk Also the deck I'm upstairs are bigger then any other apartment complex I've seen ever you could have a four to six table and chairs plus a chair with ottoman and bakers rack. Plus a great view. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen is open I have a 6 chair dining table plus a hutch and still have plenty of room to cook in .The counter top is great I even have to high top chairs their . The other part of the kitchen I love is my washer and dryer behind double sliding doors that is one of the things about walden pond I love that I dont have to lug my laundry down to a laundry room The appliances are not new but they work for me probably better then some of the new ones. I have 2 bathrooms one in the hall and one in the master suite .the one in the hallway is great for guests. And then bbn you have one l have in my bedroom is good both bathrooms are full and a decent size.Also in the master bedroom is a good size walk in closet witch I perfect for two with some extra room for some bins boxes along with attic space. The management team is alittle hard to get in touch with,but when you do they will help you with any issues,or problems you have. Eldin is super and very friendly to me. In this day and age it may sound like it's to good to be true but I feel safe and pretty used to living here at walden pond and God willing I hope to stay here. I dont see myself living anywhere else. The neighbors l have near and afar most are nice and pleasant. It's a nice place to call home My husband wanted to move here and I'm glad l did too.!!!

Maintenance needed

Everything is wonderful however such is life.However the heating air condition system fails to maintain thermostat settings it has aged over time such has I.Eldridge and Michael are a good team willing to please and always available.

Great Maintenance team geese ducks and turkeys
