I have lived here for a long time and the staff has been amazing to work with. I absolutely love the lighting outside at night and all the amenities.

I enjoy where I live but have noise issues with my neighbors upstairs. Their child runs across the floor at all times of the night at times.

The only thing is not satisfied by rental, comparing with other same level apartments, the price is a little bit higher.

It is a nice apartment complex to stay in

I have been living here at the Reserve about 12 years. I was living in apartment 11-C then I moved into 6B I feel safe here. The property is stay clean. The maintenance are great no matter what your problem is. If you call them they come right there and there they gonna make sure that everything is straight in your apartment if you need anything that just let them know and it might or anything like that I really enjoy the Reserve Of Jackson

My experience living here is quite and safe, my neighbors are friendly especially the new tenants, always offering to lend me a extra hand when I have several bags of groceries to bring in. In my Unit the front doors to the walkway are always free of debris and trash. Sometimes I find a good treasure when I am taking the trash out, it is like wow! This household item is in mint condition I will take it home with me! I love all the pets here they are friendly and very well groomed. My apartment is very well structured, beautiful wood flooring, cozy gas fireplace, My WIC (walk in closets) are a must that I do have even in my sons room, spacious bathroom with closets for towels and bath products, even a kitchen bar that I have 2 barstools sitting at! I am a good decorator and very neat. Whenever I put a work order in it is done before I come home from work. Great job Maintenance Crew! When there is a freeze we tenants are notified as to when and how long to let our faucets drip so our pipes won't freeze, and the Security Officer is always on call no matter what. Don't forget the pond with all the cute turtles, my son enjoys feeding them on Saturday mornings. Leasing office staff is so passionate about their work, very patient and understanding. I could go on and on but you get the picture so come on aboard!

We absolutely love living here. A big thanks to all of the staff that make this a fun, clean, and safe place to live.

This was a great community to live in. Staff was great, safe, and also the property was well kept. Maintenance was good as well. You can't ask for a better place to live; I left only to purchase a house but otherwise would've gladly renewed my lease.

I've lived in Highpointe at Crossgates for over a year, although my rent seems to steadily go up when I have to renew it's been a good value. The maintenance does a good job at staying on top of things. Great communication from office when water is being turned off due to leaks and very receptive staff in the leasing office.

Upkeep on the properties has been outstanding. Minor repairs that are typical have been quickly and thoroughly handled. Staff is extremely friendly and reliable. The apartment appliances are modern, efficient and cost effective. Property security is solid. Perfect for students and families.
