My mother comes up every month to pay her bill with a young lady name Randa. She’s made this experience of having a rental unit beyond the best. My mom will come up just to talk to her. Will continue to be a faithful tenant because of the personable young lady. ?? ... Read more

Need a storage for my daughter's things, so I reserved a 10x10, and a few days later, after I reserved the unit, my daughter didn't need the unit, so I go to cancel, and now I only getting back some of my money instead of all of my money back. You have to have a better refund policy than this, life is to complex and things change all the time, but to hold or take some of my money hostage, within days of me need to cancel after I reserved it and didn't need it is unexceptable!! ... If you’re trying to go with this storage company do so at your own risk. I rented a 10x10 unit about 1-2 years ago. I was first paying $144, next their corporate decided to up my rate to $162 after a few months of being there, then another few months go by and then they decide to up it again to $196 which is ridiculous to pay that amount for a 10x10 outdoor unit like I could understand paying that amount if it were indoors. Their corporate needs to do better. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 3560 Needmore Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 30 to 500 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 3560 Needmore Road start from $32 and can go up to $245 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
