????? I had a great experience with B Safe Storage. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and feels like a place that takes pride in how it’s run. I would suggest different carts though. The handles keep coming out. I understand they are removable for large items but maybe come up with a different solution. A special shout-out to Kelly Greenwood! She was extremely helpful, energetic, friendly, and positive from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I was also impressed by how highly she spoke of her management and the company—it’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely seems happy to be part of the team. Kudos to Kelly for providing outstanding customer service and representing B Safe Storage so well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, well-run storage facility with great people! ... Read more

haven’t moved in yet—I’m planning to do so today—but I recently chose and leased a unit at BeeSafe on Stage Coach Trail in Greensboro. They place a great deal of importance on customer reviews, so I’m happy to provide one. That said, I intend to be completely honest and fair. The positives first: I chose this facility primarily because it has an actual office with people available during business hours. After a very frustrating experience with Public Storage, this was extremely important to me. Being able to speak with an actual person who can help—not someone in another country whose primary function seems to be facilitating a purchase—makes a significant difference. And then there is Kelly Greenwood. Kelly has been in the office every time I’ve visited, and she is genuinely wonderful. She is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly personable. She made every interaction pleasant and gave me a level of confidence in the facility that I honestly might not otherwise have had. Those are my positives. Now for the negatives: I do feel that there is a fair amount of nickel-and-diming. For example, customers are required to purchase the facility’s lock, which I consider unnecessarily expensive. I was also told that insurance would be an additional $20 per month. When I had already decided that the advertised rent was acceptable, learning that there was another $20 monthly charge was a deal breaker for me. What bothered me most was that I was not initially told that I had the option of using my existing homeowners insurance. I only learned that after I said, “I’m not paying that.” These details were explained to me by Pam, who I believe may be a manager. There was also an experience that caused me to question the transparency of the pricing. After reserving my unit, I received an email offering an additional 15% off the monthly rent if I completed the sign-up and payment that day. I attempted to take advantage of the offer, but the promotion would not work. When I called for assistance, I was told by a young man that the rent had already been reduced. At that point, I began to feel less confident in the company and questioned the ethics behind the advertising. I subsequently sent an email explaining my concerns and attached photos of the promotional advertising. A very nice gentleman named David G. called me back almost immediately. He was pleasant, professional, and even apologetic. He explained that he had no access to or control over those promotional offers because they were apparently generated directly by CubeSmart. That explanation was helpful, although it also left me somewhat confused. The facility is called BeeSafe, yet I learned that the employees are actually CubeSmart employees. That distinction was not particularly clear to me as a customer. I also feel that the “first month free” promotion is somewhat misleading. After adding the $29 administrative fee—which, in my experience in real estate, I would consider a junk fee—and the required lock, my actual out-of-pocket cost ended up being more than a normal month’s rent would have been. Those practices bother me, and I think customers should be aware of them before committing. That said, the facility itself is brand new, clean, attractive, secure, and extremely convenient to my home. Those factors weighed heavily in my decision as well. And ultimately, Kelly Greenwood is the reason I decided to move forward. She is an exceptional representative of the company, and CubeSmart has a very valuable asset in Kelly. Her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience, and I sincerely hope the company recognizes that. So, while I have some legitimate concerns about the pricing structure and promotional practices, I am very happy to have found a clean, secure, convenient facility—and especially to have someone like Kelly there to make the experience feel personal. ... This was the best experience ever! We actually rented a storage unit across the street at U-Haul and decided to check out the new Bee Safe Storage facility across the street. The team working was so great that we actually called the U-Haul Storage and cancelled their unit and switched over to Bee Safe. Great customer service and very clean and welcoming. The two ladies working the front desk made the customer experience great. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Bee Safe Storage - 615 Stage Coach Trail include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, Keyless Unit Access, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Bee Safe Storage - 615 Stage Coach Trail start from $71 and can go up to $530 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
