Fully stocked Kitchen, with full size refrigerator, bathroom, and Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use. Bedroom, Kitchen, living and dining room all have amazing views of the Lake. Close to everything, 10 min. to Everett Marina, 30 min. to Seattle, 1/4 mile to shopping! The 420 sq. feet covered outdoor living space (patio/Terrace) has 6 chairs, a long dining table, a fire pit, and some lounge chairs. We also have a charcoal grill available, with grilling utensils, etc. As a bonus, another 400sq. feet uncovered patio is available for sunbathing, grilling and gas firepit use that is considered as a common area with homeowner. Living space has 2 sofas that integrate 4 Motion recliners with footrest, foot stool/coffee table, 65-inch HD TV, 11-foot-long butcher block wood bar top with 3 big bar stools. The kitchen has a large Stainless-steel Refrigerator. Kitchen is stocked with most everything you would need to prepare any dish. We have available several cooking appliances (Crock pot, Rice cooker, Large electric pancake grill, air fryer, convection oven, etc.) There is room in the hallway to hang up jackets. and towels. Bedroom has a queen size Premium Beauty rest mattress, nightstand, 4-Suitcase stands and a place to hang clothes. There are also lots of open shelving. The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, and extra toilet paper upon move in. Full washer and dryer available for free for your use and we provide all laundry supplies upon move in. Please Note: Guest House is a daylight basement that is completely separate from the top two floors above it with a separate entrance. There are approx. 14 stairs (with a view) to descend from parking spot to the Guest House. And the guest house is approx. 50 feet from open Lake water. Tenant has one designated secure parking spot on gated site. Security cameras are active on property facing security gate entrance, homeowners' front yard and parking area, homeowners North side yard and waterfront back yard area from top floor, but none are monitoring the rental unit that is under the covered patio. If you want to bring your own boat, for an additional fee, (when available), we would be able to provide parking spaces for a boat trailer and boat moorage at our dock.
