One of the rooms was a workout room with a large wall mirror. It is being rented as an efficiency or studio as the rooms don't have windows big enough to count as full bedrooms. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, pantry, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The unit can have a cook top, microwave, and larger toaster oven / air fryer (optional) for your cooking and baking needs, but does not have a full sized stove/oven. There is the possibility of installing a washer and dryer at some point, but there is not one now. No pets allowed. This is a family home. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet time hours will be required to be respected along with other reasonable rules to maintain a family friendly and safe environment. Minimum 6 month lease.
