Exceptional Maintenance Man!
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Derek at my apartment complex, and I can't say enough good things about him. His dedication to keeping the property in top shape is truly commendable. From fixing minor issues to handling major repairs, he's always quick to respond and incredibly skilled at what he does. What sets him apart is his friendly and approachable attitude. He takes the time to explain things and offers helpful tips to prevent future problems. I'm grateful for his hard work and expertise. Thank you again Mr. Derek!
Brittany Commons
I have lived at Brittany Commons for more than 5 years. The location, staff, and amenities are great. The staff works every hard to accommodate residents' requests. During Covid, it was difficult to hire maintenance workers so 2 people were working to accomplish what 4 had done. Work orders did get behind. However, now requests are done in a timely manner. I often see outside contractors taking care of specialized problems. I have never had a delayed response to an urgent request. The staff is friendly, cooperative, and professional. They are willing to work with you if emergency situations arise and are very accommodating. I also love that they are Pet Friendly with a dog park, nature trails, and large grassy areas for my doggy and me. I have looked at other complexes, cheaper and more expensive, but find the location, safety, staff, and amenities here to be superior.
Brittany Commons Apartments
Brittany Common is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are kept up, the oils and play grounds are clean. If I have a problem, I call the office and they are right on it. Valerie, Ashley are always there to help me. Lynn is kind and has a smile on her face when ever I see her. The office is a very friendly and helpful. We have lived here 7 years and have no plans of moving. Brittany Commons is wonderful, they are always doing something for the residents ??????. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!!!!!!
