The neighborhood has changed over the year since renting my home. There is more traffic as far as random car parking beside my house and neighbors housing or entertaining a significant amount of individuals in their home. Within the last 6 months have witness two domestic disputes with neighbors and a pull up fitness between high schoolers right across the street in my neighbors yard. I am paying a good price for the home which is a least 18 year old but between the street I am located on and the maintenance issues I am ready to try a different property.

Where as I enjoy the house , for the size of it , appliances especially the refrigerator are what you would expect in a small apartment. Very tiny. The bathtub and sink and showers have not been sealed properly and the paint is just running down in bubbles when showering and the paint is coming off in the tub. Making it unusable. We’ve been told they don’t fix cosmetics so even though the counters were painted and not just replaced before move in.. they won’t come fix the issue since it’s cosmetic. Ridiculous for 1800$ a month.
