Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
Our two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a futon. The master bedroom is downstairs with a walk-in closet and double vanity bath. Two queen bedrooms upstairs share a second full bath, also with double vanities. Each bedroom includes a dresser and ceiling fan, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bathing essentials. A dedicated dog room comfortably accommodates 1-2 dogs, giving your pets their own space.
Kitchen
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and all the cooking essentials you'll need. Large cabinets provide abundant storage, and a kitchen island with seating alongside a 6-person dining table gives you plenty of room to gather.
Living Areas & Home Office
Both living rooms come with 65" Smart TVs and a large, comfortable couch, perfect for unwinding or catching up on shows. The upstairs living room includes a dedicated home office with a motorized standing desk, an ergonomic office chair, dual monitors, and a printer, ideal for remote professionals who need to stay productive.
Smart Home Features
The home is equipped with wifi-enabled thermostats, a smart keypad front door lock, and a full Ring security system with a video doorbell, outdoor cameras, door and window sensors, and glass break detection. The home is wired for fast fiber internet (service not included in rent).
Laundry & Parking
The home includes a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and other household essentials supplied. A two-car garage with multiple storage racks, plus driveway and street parking, offers plenty of room for your vehicles and gear. A fenced backyard creates a private outdoor retreat. Lawn mowing and pest control are also included, so you can enjoy a well-maintained home without lifting a finger.
Cleaning Service
We offer an optional cleaning service for an additional fee, available on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, to help keep your space fresh throughout your stay.

Sunfield is a quiet, family-friendly community with resort-style amenities: two lazy river pools, a lap pool, two splash pads, walking trails, fishing ponds, and a dog park. Elementary school, childcare, grocery stores, Costco, Target, Walmart, and Home Depot are all within 10 minutes. Downtown Buda is just minutes away with local coffee shops and eateries, and two hospitals are within a 10-minute drive, ideal for travel nurses. You'll have direct access to I-35 and SH 45, with downtown Austin about 25 minutes away, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport 20 minutes away, and Circuit of the Americas also 20 minutes away. Families will appreciate Sunfield Elementary (located right in the neighborhood), McCormick Middle School, and Johnson High School.
