Property Staus

Property Manager needs to have an annual inspection and review of the property before rate increase and not just rely on the market rate. The current property is not comparable to other homes in the neighborhood.

Adequate Leasing

I have been a resident since 2014 at this location but under FKH since 2018. I am not pleased with the Property Manager not performing a yearly inspection of the property. Several upgrades needed including a new roof and siding cleaning. gutters have needed replacing since the day we moved in. Not happy with annual increase in the rent.

I have lived at this location since 2014 and I am not pleased with the yearly increases based on the market analysis you all use to justify the increase. It should be based on an annual inspection by the property manager to determine the condition of the property inside and out. An upgrade is needed in several areas, roof replacement, driveway and garage have cracks due to foundation history. I am pleased with some of the maintenance requests that have been completed. Previous Property owners performed an annual inspection

and my wife are asking that there not be a price increase during this pandemic. We have been valued and exceptional tenants since 2014. I don't recall once being late with a payment except due to a clerical errors that was later corrected due to no wrong doing of ourselves. I know you all use the market to determine price increases for leases. My argument is that since First Key has taking over the owner or property manager has not inspected or performed a walk through of the property. This was normally done on a annual basis. This is a older home which needs many upgrades, such as new roof, fence, foundation work needed since we moved in day one that has not been remedied. The pandemic has made it very difficult for our lives but we have sacrificed to pay our n rent on time. My daughter has been out of work due to her job closed shop. I know longer am able to work any overtime to help compensate for other expenses So we would like to renew for 12 more but our budget won't allow for an increase which you all are offering. It is way too high for this property and especially while we're in a pandemic and can at any time be laid off or get sick. I am a contractor and I don't have vacation or sick time to fall back on if I catch this virus . So please! Do not increase our rent at this time. Sincerely Yours,
