1st Key needs improvement

Things are braking down due to aging for example fridge...this fridge has been in this house way before we moved in, probably has 5yrs of usage....the thing is not cooling well, freezing our refrigerated food, the temp is off....the times we have reported it they do a patch over but the problem is not resolved....the fridge needs replacement but company does not seem to care, we kind of gave up at this point...will try one more time to work with 1st key on this issue.....also the side of the house is loosing dirt/gravel due to rain, house has no gutters on the side, this causes the house to flood on both sides, at times makes it difficult to take the trash out....1st key has sent people to come see the issue, pictures were taken an no action till this date taken by the company, this was reported since we moved in a couple of times. Back fence is deteriorating, a lady with 1st key noted it down as she witnessed it in person and was going to send someone, till this date that has not been done. Lastly, carpet was replaced but after time notice that the carpet was not staple down properly, you can pick the carpet up from any spot in the house. Hopefully, 1st Key company can do a better job with the maintenance requests sent in, this would really turn things around.
