Guests must clean up after pets- animals may not be left inside alone unless crated (crate not supplied) and are not allowed on furniture. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or marijuana use. A $500 fee applies if smoking is detected, and guests will be immediately removed with their stay forfeited. No parties allowed — hosting a party is grounds for immediate removal with no refund. Damage waiver: $150/month, non-refundable. Deposit options: Low deposit option $1,500 (non-refundable) + damage waiver ($150/month, non-refundable) — or standard refundable deposit $3,500. Local compliance: signed rental agreement and ID verification are required. Required cleaning: A mid-stay clean is required during monthly stays, billed to the renter at $200.
