W have been almost renting two years now. The first year was pretty rough! When we first moved in there were many things that were wrong with the house. Getting ahold of someone was easy but getting someone to actually come and fix things were difficult. Many times I felt unheard to the point where I had to leave a report on BBB. It was not until then that we started to get somewhere. Still not completely satisfied but we do like our home and the neighborhood except that we live next to an air bnb. Many different people coming in and out and a few times the cops have come out.

We Have lived here for almost a year now and when we first moved in, it was a mess!!! Our microwave handle was broken our ac went out in the first month and we moved in in June and it took 2 weeks to fix. It took them about three month to give us the garage opener. The fenece ws falling apart the sinks backed up several times. The maintence time is very very slow. They also had us on a bussiness variable electrical plan that would cause our rates to be very high glad I did some digging and got that taken care of! What we do enjoy is the neighborhood and the space of the house. While it is a little old it is very spacious and a fair price.
