Utilities and Internet are included for all rooms. The property is well maintained, current tenants are long-term. No smoking, no dope, no pets, and no overnights. Quiet hours are kept between 12 am - and 7 am each day, with no exceptions. Rooms are leased on 12-month terms, and one month of security deposit is required. Month-to-month leasing is available with one month of security deposit required. Long-term tenants, Cleveland Clinic employees, and veterans are encouraged to apply.
