Very nice apartments with new appliances and a great downtown Huntington location The walls to other apartments are thin and can be noisy. Can't really call them luxury apartments as there is no doorman, and amenities (gym, pool etc.) are 5 miles away. Can be difficult to reach management.

Great downtown location, but: 1) Noise from the city street cleaning every morning starting at 6AM and leaf blowers starting at 8 AM. 2) UPS packages are often not delivered due to old building access equipment. 3) Thou in walls between apartments. 4) Expensive - amenities are off-site, 15 minutes away.
