Renter beware

They are highballing the listed apt prices as most of the residents pay not even $3200 and most of the listed apt is going for $3600 or more. When questioned they don't have an answer. They have a $500 referral going on for residents which I sent to referrals to look at the apts. My (2) referrals just walked away after hearing how much they were compared to what I pay then Greybarn had the audacity to keep bothering them to see if they were interested. Really ridiculous. No wonder they can't move apts in this place. SMH
