I've been with First Key for 6 years now. I'm not sure if management changed but something has changed. The maintenance department is a joke. They have a scheduling system now where you can schedule your appt yourself. So I scheduled an evening appt that would fit my work schedule. However the tech decided to show up that morning and I was charged a $75 fee because I wasn't home (the whole reason for me scheduling an evening appt). I wasn't notify of the schedule change. So I called and spoke with an agent. She noted my concern and I was told somebody would reach out. And of course they never did.
