A Market Value Paying Tenant
Prior to becoming a tenant, Sugar Pine was my dream apartment. To my dismay, my view has changed. Having been there 3+ years, I have watched the property decrease in value. Even the quality of the tenants have dropped as well. The parking is less than desirable with numerous disabled parking in front of the whole building that have been ‘assigned’ to units. This wouldn’t be a problem if all units were assigned parking. Another reason it’s an issue is because I’ve watched the units associated with the disabled parking have new tenants come in without a disabled parking tag, but promised parking. It’s also very annoying to come home and not be able to find parking. It is also annoying when the leasing office appears disinterested in resolving the parking concerns. I have become concerned with the upkeep of the property. There are loose porch boards, and unstable stairwells. More than a year has passed since I’ve initiated a complaint about exterior lighting over the walkways to the units, and the lights have not been replaced. The new railings being erected are wood while their original railings throughout the complex are metal. The incongruous material is unsightly. Lastly, the alleged security gate is laughable! The only time the gate is closed (live) is during the office hours. That is a mere inconvenience for the people who have to come and go during the day. That gate would add value, if it functioned at night.

Ok Apartment
The best amenities are the pool and fitness room which are closed 90% of the time. There is always some reason why the pool is closed. Then there is the dysfunctional gate they're always working on. Watch out for the random fees. They say they have pest control come out often but there are spiders everywhere.

Tenant Review- Parking Lot
Lots or potholes are beginning to surface. Some attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. However, staff is very friendly and helpful.
