Extremely satisfied residents better and better!!!

I love ms sheliah everyone was helpful and more than fair the entire stay was tranquil and safe close by food and supplies bus route is not a bad walk or drive to highways. They have extra parking the apartments are kept up as best as possible to me. They work hard and with u even with no so perfect credit I’d say if u can afford it it’s worth it. The size is good for the money for the area and Hazelwood schools are very top notch fast and accurate move ins they rarely make mistakes I noticed too really treat us like a family. They care about the community here I loved it

NEW MANAGEMENT=NEW FENCE

I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO THE NEW LEASING STAFF FOR BLESSING ME WITH A BEAUTIFUL NEW FENCE. I DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST ONE BUT THE OLD FENCE WAS SO HIDEOUS THAT SOMEONE HAD MERCY ON ME! I'M SINCERELY GRATEFUL FOR THE FACELIFT OUTSIDE MY UNIT (MY NEW FENCE). THUS FAR MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW LEASING STAFF AND MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE! THERE WERE WORK ORDERS THAT I SUBMITTED WITH THE FORMER STAFF IN 2019 AND MOST WERE NOT ADDRESSED. THE ONES THAT WERE ADDRESSED WERE TEMPORARILY RIGGED AND WITHIN A BRIEF TIME FRAME THE SAME CHALLENGE WOULD RESURFACE. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT THE NEW STAFF WILL CONTINUE TO BE POLITE, THROUGH, AND ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS. IN THIS CASE, CHANGING LEASING COMPANIES WAS A POSITIVE AND BENEFICIAL TRANSFORMATION!
