I have had a good experience here for the most part. Many changes have been made for improvements. Our Maintenance has always been very prompt in repairing and maintaining our places of living. The best maintenancd men I've expeienced so far. It's similar to having a brother or uncle to help make repairs. Thank you for you time, professionalism, and energy. The buildings are quite old and need upgrading. Our online portal makes it easy to report such things. Our initial management with Illysa, was very kind and helpful. Especially when I came into financial hardships due to health concerns. I am very grateful for such times. Im sure our office staff can be quite overwhelmed being that there is normally one person managing many. Our new management has been very transparent and clear about changes. Our Office Manager Jamaal, is very organized, disciplined, and punctual. He sets a good standard of expectations, especially when keeping a safe and healthy environment. I am happy to say the grass has not overgrown and the trash is tended which is essential. As we know discipline makes more peace. Thank you Jamaal. I hope for you many great are blessings. After Covid, everything has doubled in price. Im sure its been hard on everyone. Thankfully, we have the flex programs which helps to ease some of that difficulty.
