The Agent actually isn't the issue. The Company needs to do better by it's residents with taking care of repair requests PRIOR to the tenants move in date. Light fixtures aren't working in the property, there is mold in the roof of the garage as a result of a hole in the roof which is letting water in, the front door hinge is missing screws, the upstairs shower stall is missing a shower head, the living room window is ajar without capabilities of shutting which will allow drafting, and the walkthrough inspection in the welcome package says that an agent or property manager is supposed to physically walkthrough with us during the inspection but this is false. The agents aren't equipped with enough information to handle these things and it makes it a hassle for the resident living on the premises, to have no one to directly contact that can help or assist them issues related to the property and lease.
