I have requested for an emergency maintenance vendor to come out and check a leak that has occurred in my garage. The water damage is extensive through the wall and roof and this request was put in on 9/15/21 and I have yet to receive a call back. I have reached out several times (9/17, 9/21) and still have no answer. This is a problem. I am very disappointed with the service I have been given by your company. I have been a prompt tenant payer, never late, and have been living here almost 2 years now. This is the worst feeling. Your staff has not helped me at all. I am afraid with all this rain that my home will be jeopardized if this wall/ roof is not fixed or the problem is not repaired.
