All I'm trying is sign my new lease and I keep getting interrupted with ads, reviews and other homes available.

Lived here for over 5 years. I'm disabled and had no choice at the time but to take a second-floor apartment. So, now I have to crawl up and down a flight of stairs any time I want to go anywhere. Parking: there are NO handicap spaces offered near our apt. They say that it would be too much trouble to re-layout the parking spaces; I say that all they have to do is to put a sign on the first spot so I have a better chance of getting a spot closer to my door.

My son lives 2 miles from me and this complex works well for me. I've lived here for 3 years and like the one bedroom Im in right now.

I have been living here for almost 4 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew are the best. The location is very convenient to Publix and surrounding stores. I do live on the bottom floor and sometimes the upstairs residents are not very quiet. But all in all, I enjoy living here. I do wish the rent didn't go up every year, which makes me want to start shopping around.

This property has been a great spot for us. Location great, near everything you could need with good food places, and shopping area. Staff is helpful and cares. Could use better maintenance of the grounds and updating of the apartments.
