Awesome Staff
I have lived here now for about three years. Laura The property manager has always helped me with the smallest and the biggest issues that I’ve had. as far as the maintenance, there’s only one word to describe them and that is AWESOME’ As with any property, there is always room for improvement. I think the trash around the dumpsters could be kept cleaner, is the resident that needs to take responsibility for some of this. Take it from someone who was a Property Manager (CAM). Please keep in mind that the office staff which includes the property manager, the maintenance crew, they answer and get their directions from a Management Company, sometimes they may not agree with the management companies decision, but they have to abide by it. For this renter, I think the office staff the property manager does an excellent job. So please be respectful to them and I’m sure they will show respect to you. Keep up the good work, Laura, the office staff and Maintenance guys
A lovely place to live
Cute, nicely designed, and modern apartments with full-size appliances and plenty of space! Plank flooring in the main areas & high-quality carpet in the bedrooms make it feel super cozy. The absolute BEST property management team you will ever find. They are kind, FAST to respond to anything you need, and the onsite maintenance team is phenomenal too. Everyone here is nice, we have had 0 issues in our time here. Plus, they are fur-baby friendly, a major plus! :)
