Kids are outside without supervision and loud. Out until late hours. People placing fires in the dumpsters.

The apartments are nice and Pam is very helpful. My problem is that they continue to put the move-in date back and some people will be displaced because of this. Some people didn’t renew their lease with intention on moving into the Eddie Woodland Apartments by a certain time.
