I Love the house would be even more perfect if it had a basement. I don’t like how hard it is to reach our property manager, it takes forever for them to respond and when I put in a ticket they say somebody will come out and sometimes people don’t show up. They don’t follow up but quick to send reminders when rent is do. I don’t like the fact that we aren’t able to pay our rent because they are so greedy that they want the full account balance paid in full. When I had my own water and excel accounts we had due dates where everything wasn’t due on the 1st. They fail to realize that people do have other bills and they aren’t the only people we have to pay, so for somebody to have to come up with 3500-4000 every 4 weeks is ridiculous. I think they are greedy and have messed up business ethics.
