Pet Rent/Approved Pets: $75/month Tenant may keep only pets that have been approved in writing by Landlord prior to move-in or prior to the pet being brought onto the Premises. Approved pets are subject to additional pet rent of $75.00 per month, per approved pet, due with monthly rent. Pet rent is not a security deposit and is non-refundable. Dogs must be under 50 lbs at full maturity unless otherwise approved in writing by Landlord. Maximum of two approved pets total. Breed, size, age, temperament, vaccination status, and prior rental history may be considered as part of the approval process.
