Lazy Leasing Office Staff
Love the location and amenities of this apartment complex but don't expect responsive leasing office staff unless you literally walk into the office in person for your questions. Want to give them a call? Goodluck getting an answer. Sending an email? It's probably in the trash folder. I don't mean to be harsh but it's frustrating because I honestly do not know what they do 8 hours a day at the desk where they can't respond to their tenants about important leasing questions!! This has happened way too many times for me and I'm fed up. Also why is there only 1 parking spot assigned for 2b2b units... there should be 2 in my opinion because obviously there's going to be at least 2 people living in that unit.

I have really enjoyed living here. The location is amazing and to have a workout trail so close is so convenient!!

I like it here the time I spent here has been great. The amenities are amazing and it’s a very quiet apartment complex. We’re surrounded by many great locations and grocery stores in right next to bus stops thay take you all throughout the city.

I like the place and the location, it's nice. I think the utilities are overpriced, the work thats been done for us has never been completed sufficiently it's always sort of half done, the staff is great and we're lucky to live here, but I don't know that I would recommend it based on the sort of thrown together ness
