WIFI, electric car charger. The rooms: Master king bedroom suite includes spa shower, huge soaking tub, his & her sinks. Children's bedroom has 2 kids beds, and neighboring bathroom with his+her sinks and standard size bath tub. Guest bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Living room has a double pull out couch. Big kitchen! Large bright dining room with skylights, and table that can accommodate up to 8 people at the table. Outdoor patio with grill has a cozy dining / meditation nook. Front yard has plenty of grass for kids to play on Back yard has a large pool Parking available in backyard and a lot of parking available on the street. West Hills is a safe, family friendly neighborhood in Los Angeles, full of single-family homes with manicured front yards and great conveniences (restaurants, shops, outdoor parks, indoor children's parks, daycares, hospitals). Our house is located within walking distance to a nice children's park (10 mins), shopping center & healthy large grocery store (8 min walk), public transportation (bus stop 1 minute away). We still recommend renting a car in Los Angeles though especially if you want to experience all the beautiful nature and go to other neighborhoods in the city. We like to go to the beach in Malibu (25 min drive), go on gorgeous hikes in El Escorpion Park (8 min drive) or Santa Monica Mountains (20 min drive). One of our favorites "Underwood Family Farm" is 25 mins away (where kids can pet animals and you can buy fresh farm produce). The drive to Santa Monica /Venice, West Hollywood, Culver City, Downtown/KTown etc takes about 30 mins during non-rush hour times (e.g. early morning, mid day, past 7:30pm and weekend). During rush hour it can take 1 hour. You are 1 hr drive from Santa Barbara, beautiful Montecito hot springs, Antelope Valley and Mojave desert, 1.5hr from San Gargonio mountain, 3hrs from Joshua tree, Mount Whitney, and many other incredible mountain and desert hikes, lakes, waterfalls and hot springs of Souther California. Amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Los Angeles. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, pool, stainless steel appliance, washer dryer, and yard.
