For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed, and each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas. Pets: Pets are subject to approval depending on weight and breed. Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Getting around
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
To get there, Head down Jefferson street until you enter PGA West. Go to the Arnold Palmer security gate on your right. Once past the gate, turn left on Pinehurst.Find the property on your right hand side.
