Very comfortable unit, well-equipped kitchen, stunning views, and a great location. Fernando has excellent communication skills and his responsiveness to any concerns has been amazing. The cleanliness and overall condition of the property, we are very impressed with. The lighting in the parking lot is great as sometimes I get home late after work. I feel very safe here. Thank you.

Maintenance couldn’t get a lot of improvement

New to La Quinta

My experience living here is that just like anywhere else the rents are ridiculously high for the amount of maintenance this townhouse has gone through. I have only been here not even two months the air conditioner service unit person has come out three times now and yesterday we were told there will be no AC until Monday due to parts not being available, I have informed Maintenance about a window downstairs since September, and it still has not been taken care of. There’s leaks in all the doors, including the sliding doors that prevent the system from shutting off due to the air constantly leaking out which makes for a higher utility bill. Parking hasn’t been too much of a big deal. The noise level at night is not too bad. Aside from a couple of incidents outside were a couple and some females almost got into fights at night and children that constantly try to break the mailboxes. The noise isn’t bad at all. I do understand that management can only do so much as well. Management has been great to communicate with.
