Any lease of this property must be for at least thirty (30) consecutive days. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed, and each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.
