Have lived here two weeks now and everything has been great. Maintenance was quick and efficient, property managers were kind and helpful.

I love this place it's really quiet and the amenties are awesome. But what I am overjoyed about is the fact that the parking is amazing and not having to worry about my guest being towed.

You're going to encounter problems anywhere you go, but if you can get an understanding without anyone coming out of character and maintain professional is key. That's why I love it here, the people are fantastic I cannot complain.

I have lived in this complex about 10 years and no plans to move anywhere else. Staff always courteous. Maintenance always prompt and friendly. Conveniently located for all my needs.

My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years now. I have some complaints but also some good things to say. The overall complex is a 3.5 out of 5 stars, in my opinion. The prices are decent but the actual apartment themselves are not that great. There is mold, foundation issues and lack of communication. But the apartments are decently sized for what your paying for (even tho it's as much as a house) But it is in a good area where your not to far away from everything. The apartments say luxury and updated, but that all starts to fade shortly after you move in. They seem to be lazily put together and of course they try to put a pretty bow and reasonable price on it. All in all, if your running out of options or like the area than just know what your not getting everything that you pay for.

I’m happy to be renewing our lease with Hunters Hill. For the location and everything else this place is great for raising our little family. Management and maintenance is always on point. Neighbors are nice, considerate and friendly.
