Front desk is phenominal - Maintainance is not

This will be my second year at the facility. Maintainance requests do not get completed unless elevated to office's awareness. Sandra and the rest of the office have been awesome when I've needed help with these sort of issues. When I place a request through the portal or on Norra phone/site the maintenance team will not come by and later in the day will close the request as complete. I placed a request for a water filter in June of last year - it was completed a few days later - they never showed. I placed again and got no response. I asked the maintenance in person about my request/asked for him to come by and get it done - he told me no and to place it again in app. I eventually gave up and got my own filter. This has also been true for gate at 4b - it has been marked as fixed 3 different times I've asked for it to be - one online and two on phone - the gates have never been fixed. My fiance leaves fork work at 4 a.m. I worry about her safety with no security regarding gates locking. That was part of the reason we chose this apartment - for security. Please look into the maintenance issues. Parking is an issue but I know that's fairly normal for any apartment.
