Eddy’s Riverview is the perfect location for me. The managemennt and staff are like family which makes living here more comfortable. The ammenities are very nice. The activities hosted by the staff are unmatched from any other property I have lived before. I adore the community!

In the metro-Atlanta area, you won’t find a better deal. The community is quiet and the grounds are well-kept. The staff is awesome. My 2/1 is perfect for me and my daughter. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, the floor plan is open, the master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet, and the creme de le creme is the bathroom which has a garden tub. In the metro-Atlanta area, you won’t find a better community and at this price.

I enjoy living here. it is peaceful less crime and fridley neighbors. The staff at Grove Point Apartments is awesome. maintance is always on point to fix stuff and very helpful. I will recommend anyone to live here.

Move in was a breeze with the incredible staff. Kristen is so helpful and kind! I hardly ever hear my neighbors (if at all) and am loving the amenities. I highly recommend this building to students and young professionals.

I've lived here for almost a year now, The experience has been really good so far. The apartment complex is always very nicely taken off, the staff are always super nice and polite. Most of the people that live here a pretty friendly. My only downside is that it does get pretty noisy. My apartment overlooks the pool so I do hear a lot of noise when there are people outside, its sometimes annoying when its pretty late. The walls are thin so I hear people from the corridor all the time. However I guess if matters if your neighbors are noisy or not. But other than that everything is really great!

Thr staff are the best. Always greet you with a warm welcome even when they are out on the property. They are very fast to respond to any issues you may have. They truly care about thier residents. Great locatio also helps. This is the best place i have ever lived.

Been here for over 6 years with my son who is now 14. It's a great community with good families and active & healthy kids. Good response always on maintenance issues. Attentive and professional staff all around.

Our community at 1900 Rosemont is very family oriented, location is near Walmart, Publix, and GA400, and most of all it is a clean and safe environment. "Home Sweet Home" is here at 1900 Rosemont! Leasing team Leticia our Leasing Mgr., America (she's the best!), and Kendall are AMAZING!

When you move into a new property, there are always glitches. I haven’t seen anything that would raise a red flag but everything is happening in a timely manner for the better. Now that all the tenants are moved in everything is going smoothly management is super cool. I don’t have a problem with them personally myself. The tenants do need to clean up after themselves. We are all grown, so let’s be respectful.

Ok place to live staff good up keep good

There seems to be a need for more parking. Sometimes people park in the fire lane and leave it all night. I really like the staff. They have been very helpful. I’m renewing my lease. I have steadily had an increase every year. I have a two bedroom apartment with I love, but in the price continue to go up, I will not be able to live here. I like living here, so I hope you keep the apartments affordable.
