Property not managed properly.

It is loud. Constant slamming doors. It's a 55+ that has adult children living with parents or grandparents. Elevators smell like Marijuana. Management does not follow through with promises. Let good management go that cared about all tenants and their needs. Knew and spoke to the tenants on sight. Went from award winning to a 2 out of 5? housing.

A Great Place To Call Home

Love this place. Feels like home with friendly staff and Alex is the best manager! Very quiet and peaceful and the location is perfect being half way between the East and West side. Easy access to downtown, and the stoplight at the corner of Traceway and Fish Hatchery road is a real plus. The apartments are full of amenities and the footprint well thought out. Open concept makes it seem so spacious. The Clubroom is gorgeous, with gymn, storage and garage topping it off. Finally my view of the golf course is just beautiful , however the other side has a great park view. I would recommend The Highline Apartments to anyone. I am so happy I moved here.

Glad this is my home!

Excellent construction and layout, first class stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, premium flooring, reasonable prices and responsive management. Pretty much perfect, in our opinion!
