New management is the best. They answer the phone and help me when packages arrive at their office. I am less abled and walk with canes. So having someone bring them to my door is really helpful. Thankyou for your help guys. ??????

All packages go to 1300 Post rd mail room. I have had another package stolen today from this mail room. I live at 1220 Post rd. So that makes the 4th package stolen from me in 4yrs. Management is not doing anything about it. This is very frustrating. ??

Love living here. Neighbors are nice, amenities are well-maintained, maintenance crew is friendly and fast to respond. My only gripes are with parking and the mail room. There aren't enough outside parking spaces for everyone in each building and I often have to park on the street. Also, there is only one mailroom for all five buildings and it's simply not large enough to accomodate everyone's mail coming in. There's also a problem with a LOT of residents leaving their packages in the mail room for several days/weeks causing the clutter to become very much at times. But other than those two things this place is amazing and I enjoy my time here a lot.

I like the view from my window, and maintenance is very fast. One downside is that the air conditioner in my room makes loud noise. The rent is good.
