I love the size of my apartment and the location but the staff and the amenities leave you wanting. I have had nothing but issues since I moved in here. They have a tendency to use 10-day comply or vacate notices as notes. So if they want you to come down to the office to take care of some sort of something you can expect a 10-day comply or vacate instead of just getting a note on your door or in your email asking you to come down. Which is frustrating to say the least. Also, you'll want to pay by having it taken directly out of your bank account. I have been paying by money order the entire time that I have been here and even though I am paid ahead 4 months they are saying that I haven't paid over 6 months of rent. I have pictures of most of the money orders (all the ones from this year so far) luckily as they are saying that I haven't paid anything for rent so far this year. Unfortunately I have to request copies from western union for the rest of the money orders that I have paid with because I forgot to take pictures of some of the money orders which is going to cost me $30 for each one I don't have a receipt for and $15 for every one I do have a receipt for. which means that I am going to have to pay $210.00 to prove that I have already paid rent. Not to mention the amount that I have to pay for the back rent they say I haven't paid because it is going to take 6-8 weeks for me to get the documents from Western Union and I only have 30 days before I have to pay or vacate. Oh yeah, if you want something fixed by maintenance you'll be lucky if they even acknowledge your request. I have requested something to be fixed multiple times over the two years I have been here and it still hasn't been taken care of. Lastly, your neighbors kind of suck too. They will take items they like out of the laundry that you are washing, steal your stuff then mock and taunt you if you ask for it back. But other than that it's a lovely place with somewhat low turn over.

I have only been here 6 months but it really has proven itself to be a great place to live. There are a couple of things that could be better but that is how it is everywhere because nowhere is perfect. The places I feel this place is lacking in are maintenance and parking. Some of the maintenance workers are extremely rude and I have been requesting to get something fixed for the entire time I have been here but it still hasn't. Parking is a nightmare on the street and even though they provide parking for a monthly fee the number of spaces is limited. This means they are full and there is a waiting list. What s frustrating about that is that there are always empty spaces that never get used but because they are being paid for they just stay that way. But for the size, location, and rent amount you really can't beat it. I am very happy that there was an opening when I was looking.
