Monthly pet rent is $45. Two pet per apartment limit. Purebred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are restricted at our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chowchow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids. Ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs are not permitted. Reptiles are not allowed. Birds must be kept inside and caged. Aquariums require additional insurance coverage of $100,000 in water damage. We moved into Liberty Junction in Ogden Ut on or around December 21, 2022. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital where he spent two weeks. The office staff, Lisa and Anaka, were (and still are) so friendly, efficient and also concerned about our well being. When I would see one of them, they always asked us how the apartment was and to let us know that we could contact them anytime. One of the first requests for the apartment we told them about was that the dishwasher didn't have a utensil basket and it was brought to us the next day, I was so impressed. When we moved in, our apartment was SO clean and even had new carpet. We LOVE our apartment, the layout, size, windows that let a lot of light in. Our maintenance staff, Lou the is such a friendly and nice man. He comes across like a very concerned and hard working staff member that cares about helping make this a good running and safe complex. The security here has helped me to feel safe. I like that a lot! I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this apartment complex to anybody. I have already told family and a few friends about this apartment. I let them know the things I've told you and that I love it here.The parking is a little cramped, but because of the location, I'm not sure it can be changed. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I think it's a great location, downtown Ogden, that has businesses, the Mega Plex movie theater, restaurants and public transit all in this vicinity. I'm really glad we are able to live here!
