We've been here for nearly a year, and we are absolutely thrilled with our experience! The staff is fantastic, the neighbors are quiet, and the amenities are excellent. The cleanliness and maintenance are top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. The apartments are beautifully renovated! I highly recommend living here!

I absolutely love my apartment, the location to the temple, the stores and entertainment. It is absolutely quiet here and peaceful. I live in a one bedroom disable department and everything is perfect for a disabled person.

I love the close proximity of the stores, the Temple, the Junction, and the mountains! The Ogden River Parkway is great for getting out and stretching my legs. The staff is very good and kind! I most enjoy the security in the parking lot and the buildings!

A Great Place to Live

Colonial Courts is close to restaurants, shopping, bus and train service, and parks, and just across from the Ogden Temple. It has 24/7 security, a garage to park in, a gym, social room, and a computer room. On each floor is a central social lounge where you can plug in your devices and get Wifi, or relax and read the paper. Oh, and our garbage and mail are all taken care of inside…so no going out in the wind storms to pull in the cans off the street anymore! I’m in heaven. The wonderful full-time staff is here for our needs; from changing a light bulb to putting in a new stove. It’s all included in the rent. I don’t mow the lawn anymore, I don’t trim the bushes and wrap them in the Fall, nor do I shovel the driveway in the winter. The lawns, water feature, grounds, and picnic area (and grille) are taken care of by the Colonial Courts. It’s a clean and friendly place to live. I couldn’t be happier anywhere else. That’s the truth.
