Beautiful Location

Nice place to live, More on the expensive side. Not likely to renew lease as much as I like the place. Previous management did poor job cleaning, Painting, shampooing carpets, and making needed repairs. . New Managment seems Proactive. We shall see if Rental fees get reduced to keep tenants around long term, consensus is the same about above averge rental rates.
