I'm a recent move in to the complex! I really love the location as it's very central and close to many of the attractions around Logan. It's a newer development so the units are clean and have new appliances! I really like how there is a pool and park included in the community as well as a gym and clubhouse area. All in all it's a great place to live especially for those with limited incomes.

Most things are fine until it comes to help the resident with an extra say wirh rent or writing off a late fee and then they don't help at all.

I appreciate the fact that everyone pretty much leaves me alone to do what I need to do. Office staff are willing to help but that’s what they are getting paid for. Construction noise is always there and the vehicle gets very dusty when the weather is dry and they are driving big trucks back and forth. Nice apartment but would like a better view from the windows and deck but I guess I can’t be picky. Why does the rent keep going up, I thought it was going to be the same throughout the duration of the lease????!!!!! Almost as much as a mortgage payment on a house with a yard. Love the landscaping: flowers, bushes, and grass minus the dog spots ??. Keep up the great work!

A good place to live with me and my kids. There’s a lot of kids that are left unattended though, screaming and running around late at night doorbell ditching.

I really like the apartments. I think when there is so many people at the same place with kids running all over that there will be some conflict. I don't have kids so I don't have this problem. I love that you can have animals.
