The door slamming in this complex is a major problem. It has nothing to do with how people handle them; even when let go naturally, the doors are so heavy and the tension is so high that they slam shut with enough force to echo through the entire floor. It’s frustrating because it feels like something that could be easily fixed with better door closers or even just some cheap weather stripping to dampen the impact.

It looks beautiful from a distance. Once you move in you will notice trash (including condom wrappers in the parking spaces out front on multiple occasions), a lot of dog poop everywhere due to lazy residents who do not clean up after their dogs, cigarette butts (even though this is supposed to be smoke free community living) and the breezeways are truly nasty in the apartments and really need to be power washed quarterly at minimum.
