Master Headquarters of this Organization needs to provide Maria, at 12 Oaks Apartments in Vidor, TX 77662, with more reliable help. Juan is a great worker, but he is just one man. He needs someone else to help him with all the issues that 12 Oaks Apartments, and apartments like this continually will have. It is not reasonble nor feasible for Juan to be by himself without help. I understand the company is trying to efficiently skeleton crew this complex, but the true skeleton crew is 2 maintenance workers that are as good as Juan. Thank you for taking this matter seriously.

We have lived here for slmost 2 years and love it besides the fact you can hear everything the numbers upstairs do and apparently all the do is walk when you can clearly hear the child run, but other than that its a good place.

Overall living here is worth the price you pay, however due to its location noise pollution is abundant. There have also been issues with maintenance. Otherwise the staff are kind and will try thier upmost to resolve any issies that arise here.
