The office staff have always been helpful and friendly. Maintenance can be a bit slow however.

Overall, a decent value. But Kevin often takes off for weeks at a time and does not give the staff authority to do anything while he is gone. Not that it matters that much, because he doesn't manage his staff well even when he is here. Maintenance requests often take several days (or longer) to get responded to and when the maintenance crew finally comes around they do the job in a way that is the least effort for them, not in a way that the problem is solved. This creates a maintenance loop where I then have to file a new request and wait several more days for them to complete the job. I often see them hanging out at their shop or working on their own or residents cars, basically finding anything in the world to do besides the job they are paid to do. Even when a situation arises that is out of their control, such as them waiting for a part, they do not communicate with residents, leaving residents to feel like their problems are unimportant. And no amount of complaining or even showing pictures of them slacking off can motivate Kevin to get them in line. But the property is usually pretty quiet and is reasonably clean and affordable.

Won’t say this place is terrible, bc it’s not, but I’m just saying the maintenance isn’t great at all. They are decent looking also but there ARE NOT Crystal clear pools and was that way for most of the summer. I feel the vibe there is, you mind your business, I mind mine. If recommended I’d say yes with some insight. Bc i have recommended these apartments to several friends.
