I have been here 6 years and have not had any major problems. It's a roof over my head and I am grateful for it. I really don't have any complaints because it's run by people who are just people. It is very peaceful and quiet out here. I love the location and everybody mind their own business. It's very convenient to all the shopping areas and grocery stores. The price is not overwhelming for 55+ like some are. Mangement and Maintenace are just people trying to do their jobs dealing with so many different people, not a very easy position but doing the best they can.

Going go six years lived here. Some big dogs with owners that need training first; barking at night. Other than that I can’t complain too much; I live on a nice hallway. It is time to think about cleaning walls of hallways and painting after 7 years couldn’t hurt.
