The Pool and Exercise facility Hours could be Longer, Not everyone is able to enjoy only office hours and Computer room is NOT useful due to The Printer is Never working, Maintenance issues are as follows, incomplete work assignments, repeat repairs for same issues, Slow response times due to limited help, trash shoot has been broken for years, Dumpsters Too small fill up Quickly.

You can't use gym and pool when office is closed and the office is closed on the weekend.

Place of Grace is a nice place to live; the only query I have is many of the tenants' company. There are so many people out here who are young, and some, you can tell, lives with their elderly parents. Because of this, the noise is more evident, and the foot traffic is elevated. I love my place of residence, just not the excess traffic.

There are sooo many things, i don't know where to start....... The office area. Is Always neat, but the HALLWAYS, STAIRS, GARBAGE SHOOT, ELEVATORS, and overall appearance is Not very appealing. It has Really changed since I 1st moved in. I have noticed MANY HAS MOVED OUT, and some of the New Tenants are Questionable .
