Why Renters Love It Here

Renters appreciate the well-maintained grounds, quick and responsive maintenance service, and the overall cleanliness of the property. They also mention the affordability and good condition of the apartments both inside and outside. The presence of security cameras and a peaceful atmosphere are additional positives. some of tenants are so nosey and trash aways everwhere.

I have lived here for three years, Maintenances service is very good, I just do not like how some of tenants leave their trash everywhere and never seem put in the dumpster.

I move here 2yrs ago from another state, Kirkpatrick was beautiful, and grounds was always clean, But now is have become not so good, Apartments are very nice inside and outside and very affordable,

I really enjoyed living here, the neighbors are very nice. The Maintenace staff keep grounds clean and always quick to respond to any urgent request you may have. I would highly recommend Kirkpatrick to anyone seeking to relocate or just moving to another part of the city,

I don’t have no problem out of my neighbors and everything is peaceful and we have a excellent Property Manager and always trying looking out for residents.I’m glad to live here
