some of tenants are so nosey and trash aways everwhere.
I move here 2yrs ago from another state, Kirkpatrick was beautiful, and grounds was always clean, But now is have become not so good, Apartments are very nice inside and outside and very affordable,

I really enjoyed living here, the neighbors are very nice. The Maintenace staff keep grounds clean and always quick to respond to any urgent request you may have. I would highly recommend Kirkpatrick to anyone seeking to relocate or just moving to another part of the city,

I don’t have no problem out of my neighbors and everything is peaceful and we have a excellent Property Manager and always trying looking out for residents.I’m glad to live here
Loud neighbors, poor maintenance, erroneous charges
Walls are super thin, can hear everything the neighbors say or do. Neighbors are outrageously loud all night long. They sit on balcony and holler to people walking by. Trash charges when the trash bins are locked and you can’t get to the trash bins. Additional charges for “ high water usage.” Maintenance demands to come inside your unit when they can just tell inform or ask questions at the door. Nice appliances and the area feels safe. There are security cameras throughout the community. Don’t move here and may market price, not worth it.
