Overlook At Elk Hill Apartments

The overlook is an awesome place to live

I love my new apartment. It's extremely nice and is very spacious. It's very quiet here. Only seen once instance where an apartment was getting raided, but you always got one out the bunch messing up. The neighbors are very nice, there is always parking. I like that there are two dumpsters, there is always room for my trash. What I like the best is Melissa in the office!! She is the BEST and is very good at her job. She shows she actually cares about who she is renting to. She walked me through the whole process and I never had to wonder where I stood in the process. I wish there were more people in the world like her. I do feel the rent is a little high, while being considered low income housing. But that is the housing market in Knoxville these days.
